Filter operators are two-stage separators. In the first stage,  gas pass through the cylindrical filter elements and solid particles in the gas with size larger than 5 microns are separated by 99% accuracy. The exhaust gas from the filter elements has liquid droplets and inter to the humidifier. The Vane Pack comprises corrugated metal blades that wet gas pass through these blades, and by changing the direction of gas by blade wave locations, liquid droplets collide with blade body and fall downward along the gas stream. The separated solid particles and droplets from the gas are then transported to the liquid sump container. Due to the deposition of solid particles and the saturation of the filters and the need to replace them, the separator filters are equipped with a quick opening door. This door allows periodic inspections of the tank and removal of the elements.
